Happy
Birthday Gabby--The Foster Pups Say Thank WOO! |
|
Gabby
celebrated her birthday in real style as she asked her guests
to bring gifts to donate to Tails of the Tundra's fur-kids
instead of gifts for herself!
Her
birthday party was a big hit and all the foster pups think
Gabby is the BEST!
Gabby,
We
hope you had a wonderful birthday and hope you have the best
year ever! If only more kids were like you! We give you a
big paws up!
We
put together this coloring page of you and your pup Rudy and
hope you like it!
Wags
& Woos,
The

| Tails
of the Tundra Siberian Husky Rescue is a nonprofit (501c3)
volunteer organization, formed to help Siberian Huskies and
Siberian Husky Mixes that have been abused, neglected, abandoned,
or surrendered by their owners. Our goals are to place these
dogs in loving homes and to educate people about the characteristics
of this wonderful, yet often misunderstood, breed. To accomplish
these goals and our overall mission, our network of volunteers
throughout PA, NY, NJ, MD, DE, CT and WV are involved in raising
funds, transporting and fostering dogs, developing and maintaining
our web site, and representing the group at events. |
 |
 |
| Siberian
Huskies are beautiful, affectionate, active, and intelligent.
Yet, they are often misunderstood by people who are not prepared
for the very traits they were attracted to in the first place. Many
Huskies are commonly found in local animal shelters; there are
many reasons why these affectionate dogs end up there. Many
are escape artists who are picked up on the streets and are
never reunited with their owners. Many owners are not prepared
for the energy these dogs have and the exercise they require.
Typical huskies are highly intelligent, easily bored, and apt
to get into trouble if they don't receive proper obedience training
and sufficient exercise. Just like any other breed, huskies
are not for every household. Although they can be stubborn and
mischievous, they are loyal and loving dogs who enjoy family
members of all ages. |
 |
 |
| We
developed this web site to help you find out more about Huskies
and the work we do to help them. When you browse our pages,
you will find pictures of the dogs that are available for adoption,
information about the breed, how you can help, fun games, success
stories, gift ideas, a calendar of upcoming events, and even
pictures of some of the places we have been. We update this
site regularly, so please be sure to check in often. |
